FOSSBilling.org - Client Management, Invoicing and Support SoftwareYCYC HUB TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of YCYC Hub, YCYCHub.com, YCYC Hub community websites, forums, directories, support services, integrations, and official community spaces (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing the Services, creating or joining a community, submitting content, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
ABOUT YCYC HUB YCYC Hub provides tools to create, manage, discover, and participate in online communities. Individual communities may have additional rules and administrators. Community owners are responsible for content, members, permissions, and activity they manage.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS The Services are intended for a broad, general-audience community and are designed to remain clean and welcoming to people of many ages. Provide truthful information and use the Services only when legally permitted. If you are under the age required to enter a binding agreement where you live, use the Services with a parent or legal guardian. The Services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required consent. You are responsible for your account, credentials, connected integrations, and activity. Keep passwords, API keys, tokens, payment information, and recovery details private. Do not share accounts or impersonate any person, organization, staff member, moderator, or community.
COMMUNITY RULES YCYC Hub is a clean community platform. The following are prohibited in community sites, forums, directories, comments, profiles, messages, uploads, Discord spaces, and private messages connected to community activity:
• Sexist, misogynistic, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, transphobic, religiously hateful, or otherwise discriminatory content or conduct. • Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, doxxing, targeted abuse, humiliation, or unwanted sexual conduct. • Political campaigning, partisan organizing, political persuasion, or inflammatory political debate in community areas unless YCYC Hub expressly designates and permits a space. • Pornography, sexual services, sexual exploitation, sexually explicit material, or sexual content involving minors. • Content that sexualizes, grooms, exploits, or endangers minors. • Graphic violence, extremist praise or recruitment, credible threats, instructions for wrongdoing, or content encouraging self-harm. • Spam, scams, phishing, malware, deceptive links, fake giveaways, pyramid or fraudulent schemes, unsolicited advertising, or repeated promotional content. • Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations, including material you do not have permission to use. • Impersonation, false affiliation, fraudulent reviews, vote or ranking manipulation, ban evasion, or attempts to mislead members or staff. • Scraping, probing, reverse engineering, bypassing access controls, exploiting vulnerabilities, or interfering with the Services. • Sharing passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, payment details, private personal information, or confidential client information. • Any activity that violates applicable law or the rules of a linked third-party service, including Discord, Twitch, YouTube, or other integrations.
These examples are not exhaustive. YCYC Hub may restrict content or conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, inappropriate for a broad audience, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Services.
MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT YCYC Hub may review, moderate, restrict, hide, remove, or preserve content and activity, but is not required to do so. We may issue warnings, remove posts, limit features, restrict access, suspend or permanently ban accounts, remove communities, disable domains or integrations, cancel listings, withhold publication, or take other protective or legal action. A community, account, or feature may be removed immediately when we believe it creates risk, violates these Terms or law, harms members, threatens the Services, or exposes YCYC Hub to liability. Community owners and moderators may enforce additional rules. We may act on reports, automated signals, staff review, third-party notices, legal requests, or safety concerns. We do not guarantee advance notice, a warning, an appeal, or restoration. Ban evasion or replacement communities created to avoid enforcement may result in additional removals.
USER AND COMMUNITY CONTENT You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the Services. By submitting content, you grant YCYC Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and distribute it as needed to provide, secure, improve, and promote the Services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit content and grant this license. You are responsible for your content and content published through a community you administer. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, invasive of privacy, malicious, or unsafe.
COPYRIGHT AND TAKEDOWN REQUESTS Respect copyright and other intellectual-property rights. If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a written complaint through the official contact or support method published by YCYC Hub. Include your signature, identification of the protected work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, contact information, good-faith and accuracy statements, authorization to act, and other information reasonably needed to review the complaint. YCYC Hub may remove or disable access, notify the affected user, and apply repeat-infringer restrictions where appropriate. Knowingly false claims may have legal consequences.
PAYMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Paid plans, orders, invoices, plan descriptions, and billing terms also apply. You are responsible for charges shown at checkout, taxes, accurate billing information, and current payment methods. Suspension or termination for a Terms violation does not automatically create a refund right. Discord, Twitch, YouTube, payment providers, hosting providers, email systems, and other integrations have their own terms, policies, permissions, and availability. Review and revoke integrations you no longer want connected.
PRIVACY, AVAILABILITY, AND DISCLAIMERS The YCYC Hub Privacy Policy describes information practices. The Services are provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free operation, directory placement, integration availability, community growth, or that content will never be lost, copied, attacked, or misused. Maintain backups of important content and configuration.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION To the maximum extent permitted by law, YCYC Hub and its owners, operators, staff, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, access, opportunity, or community activity arising from the Services, user content, community conduct, third-party services, suspension, termination, or inability to use the Services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YCYC Hub and its owners, operators, staff, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, community, use of the Services, violation of these Terms, another person’s rights, or applicable law.
SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND CHANGES You may stop using the Services at any time. YCYC Hub may suspend, limit, or terminate access, accounts, communities, content, domains, listings, or integrations when permitted by law and necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, payment issues, abuse prevention, service operation, or enforcement. We may update these Terms as the Services, law, or community standards change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW, CONTACT, AND SEVERABILITY These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable to the YCYC Hub operator, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Use the official support or contact method published on ycychub.com for questions, reports, copyright complaints, privacy concerns, or Terms issues. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
IMPORTANT NOTICE This page is a general operational Terms of Service draft and is not legal advice. YCYC Hub should have a qualified attorney review the operator’s identity, governing law, privacy obligations, age rules, consumer laws, copyright procedures, payment terms, and jurisdictions where the Services are offered.
