YCYC Hub is expanding its Knowledgebase to make it easier for every member, community owner, moderator, and creator to find clear answers and practical guidance.

\\

Our goal is simple: YCYC Hub should feel like an instruction booklet for building, managing, discovering, and participating in great online communities. The expanded Knowledgebase brings the most important information together in a structured path, so new users can start confidently and experienced community owners can quickly find the exact feature they need.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
The Knowledgebase is now organized into a step-by-step learning order: first learn the platform, then create and configure a community, then manage members, content, integrations, forums, listings, and support. Frequently Asked Questions comes last as a quick-reference section for common issues and everyday answers.

GETTING STARTED
New to YCYC Hub? Start here. This category explains the first steps, the YCYC Hub dashboard, community-site basics, plans, permissions, and what happens after creating a community site. It is designed to give new members a clear foundation before they move into advanced administration.

CREATING A COMMUNITY
Learn how to choose a community identity, create a community site, understand provisioning, and complete the first setup steps. These guides explain the difference between planning a community and getting it ready for members.

ACCOUNTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
Find guidance for client accounts, orders, invoices, subscriptions, payments, plan features, and billing questions. This section helps community owners understand what their account controls and where to look when reviewing a plan or service.

HOW TO’S
This is the quick tutorial section for focused, task-based instructions. When you already know what you want to accomplish, use these short guides as a direct path to the answer.

COMMUNITY WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
This section covers the community-site admin area and the day-to-day tools available to owners and administrators, including pages and sections, themes, site settings, announcements, events, rosters, applications, ownership, domains, administrator access, roles, messages, activity logs, suspension, and deletion. More feature-specific articles will continue to be added as the platform grows.

CONTENT & BRANDING
Learn how to shape the identity and presentation of a community website. Articles cover site identity, pages, sections, hero content, images, colors, community information, announcements, and other branding and presentation choices.

MEDIA & INTEGRATIONS
This category explains connected services and media features, including Twitch, featured media, Discord, RSS, email delivery, public sharing, and related integrations. You will also find information about YouTube integration for community sites as that feature continues toward release.

ROSTER, APPLICATIONS & EVENTS
Community owners can use this section to learn about member rosters, visibility, applications, announcements, notifications, events, and event participation. These tools help communities stay organized and keep members informed.

FORUM & MODERATION

YCYC HUB DISCORD
The official YCYC Hub Discord category explains how to join, verify, navigate channels, understand roles and permissions, use threads and pinned posts, follow announcements, request support, report problems, and understand how Discord connects with YCYC Hub community websites.

PUBLIC LISTINGS & SHARING
Learn how community listings, approvals, public media, activity sharing, discovery, and privacy choices work. These articles help owners understand what may be visible publicly and how to make informed sharing decisions.

TROUBLESHOOTING & SUPPORT
When something does not work as expected, start here. This section includes community-site troubleshooting, account and integration protection, support-ticket guidance, diagnostics, and the information that helps our team investigate issues efficiently.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions is intentionally last so it can serve as a convenient quick-reference shelf after the full guides. It will grow as real questions arrive from members and community owners.

BUILT TO KEEP GROWING
The Knowledgebase is an ongoing project. YCYC Hub will continue expanding it as new community-site features, integrations, forum tools, Discord workflows, media options, and support practices are introduced. If you cannot find an answer, please contact support and let us know what guide would have helped. Your questions help shape the next articles.
