How public listings and community discovery work

Updated 4 weeks ago 18 views

Public listing controls decide whether your community can be discovered outside its private administration area. Review the listing options in the community admin area before enabling discovery, and publish only information you are comfortable showing publicly.

Public media and activity sharing may have separate controls. A community can be active while remaining private or unlisted. Events submitted for public discovery should be published, have a valid start time, and follow the platform rules.

Approval or removal decisions can affect public visibility. If a listing does not appear, check approval status, visibility settings, required content, and the public URL before contacting support. Do not publish private member information, private messages, API keys, or other sensitive data.
