How to get help through YCYC Hub Discord and support tickets

Updated 4 weeks ago 35 views

YCYC Hub provides two support paths: community help in Discord and private account support through FOSSBilling.

DISCORD HELP

Use #ycyc-support for general questions, setup guidance, and community discussion. Search the channel first, then describe the problem clearly. Include the page or feature involved, the exact error, and a screenshot or link when it is safe to share.

PRIVATE SUPPORT

Use the YCYC Hub client area to open a support ticket for billing, account access, private community data, subscription questions, or anything that should not be posted publicly. Never include a password, API secret, payment-card number, or private member data in Discord.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Tell staff what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, when it happened, which community site was affected, and whether the issue affects one person or everyone. If you changed a setting immediately before the issue, mention that too.

RESPONSE TIMES

Discord is best for community conversation and public guidance. A support ticket creates a private record that staff can follow up on. Do not open duplicate tickets for the same issue unless staff asks you to.
